You are invited to explore grief, emotional pain, and the deeper patterns shaped, often, by your early experiences.
I work slowly and with care — allowing what has been held inside of you / your body, to come into awareness, at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples or Family Therapy
I offer a space to gently explore relational patterns, deepen understanding, and create more honest and connected ways of being together.
