I often work with grief, childhood trauma, loneliness and the deeper emotional patterns that shape our relationship with ourselves and others. You are welcome to book an initial consultation to find out how working with me feels for you - working somatically -feeling sensations in your body - is a big part of the way i invite you to meet whatever you bring to a session. My promise is to stay with you, regardless of what emerges. And for some of you this will also mean holding the space for your deep grief, that can often bubble up to the surface when offered a safe container.

Couples or Family Therapy
I offer sessions for couples and families who wish to better understand each other’s emotional patterns and create a space for more honest communication and connection.
